So how have your March Madness predictions turned out so far???

I usually fill out the NCAA tournament brackets on Monday morning after the field is selected. Then I sit back, watch games when I can and see how I do.

This year I have so far [through yesterday's games] seen my predictions go like this:

Tuesday and Wednesday play in games: 2 wins, 2 losses.

Thursday's round of 64 games: 9 wins and 7 losses.

Friday's round of 64 games (as of 3:15 p.m. PDT): 2 wins, 5 losses.

    I was 15-1 in my Thursday picks, only missing on UConn/Iowa State.

    So far today, 5-2 missing on Bama/Creighton and the SDSU game.

    Not too good! I filled out 10 brackets in ESPN's bracket contest. My best one is in the 86th percentile. Obama's is in the 97th.

    With Missouri's loss a few minutes ago to Norfolk State I am now 2-6 so far today. Hoping for a rally in the later games played today.

    I'm in a 25 team pool and I always finish 1 point out of the money. I have Mich St over Ohio St

    I guess that I'm not doing too bad so far...

    TU/WE play-in games: 3-1 (missed on Iona)
    TH games: 14-2 (missed on UConn and UNLV)
    FR games: 12-4 (missed on Duke, Missouri, Temple and Michigan)

    Still have 6 teams left in my Elite Eight (way to go Dook and Mizzou image ).

    In my work's pool they let you buy up to three brackets for $10 each, so I filled out one of my own, then bought another one and used Obama's bracket, unedited! Of course he had Mizzou in the Final Four, so that hurt, but the rest isn't too bad. image

    I have Ohio State beating Mich State in the title game. We'll see.

    What I've noticed so far:
    1)Temple has played, in my opinion, the worst game of the tournament so far. Is the A10 really that bad that Temple could win 27 games in that conference and be THAT bad of a team.
    2) Notre Dame has proven once again that they cannot win in the tournament. Regardless of seed, they just don't win come March.
    3) The BEST teams I've seen play in the 1st round were Gonzaga, Kentucky, and Iowa State. Will be interesting if Gonzaga continues to play this great.

    I also have OSU beating Michigan State in the finals. Not because I think so but because I hope so. I am not nearly as good as Obama in picking these games, but then I am probably a bit better in foreign policy.

    I, like many, took some hits in yesterday's games--but I still have 14 of my Sweet 16 picks alive, and all of my Elite 8 and final round teams alive.
    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

    I filled out one bracket in ESPN's contest. Right now I'm in the 95th percentile. If Purdue hadn't chocked at the end of the game I would have been higher. My beloved Ohio Bobcats helped me a lot though.

    My picks are worse than normal. I had Mizzou in the Final 4. I did not have Duke going far so that didn't hurt me. Overall lots of misses. I am in 35% percentile I believe.
