Thanks for the plug.I wondered if anyone would notice. The weights for the 1936 jumped me from 5th to 2nd.I got it at a reasonable price.I also have a line on the other 1936,but no cash at the moment. The seller has offered to hold it for me.I need to hit the Lottery really bad.I was offered a 1951 PR67 DCAM for $33,000.I declined the offer, needless to say. Most on here know that I'm a blue collar worker, with limited funds.I couldn't pay that kind of money without haveing to get a divorce and living on the street.LOL!!!!!!!!!
    BTW
Who is this Stewart Blay? Is he a member of the forum? From the looks of his #'s it'll be hard to beat his set.Even when I get the last coin.Looks like I'm destined to be the runner-up.

  • Congrats on that '36 Don!

I've had to pass up several 1950s Jefferson DCAMs because I can't or don't want to pay the prices. I guess I will be bumped eventually.

I have always had alittle of this and a little of that but never a full set. the closest slabbed set I have is my Mercury dime set. My raw Lincoln cent set is a mixed bag of fine to unc. coins and I still need a nice 1914-D cent I have had 3 but all lower grades. Some day that mercury dime set will be real close to being completed if not complete, maybe not in the grades I would like to have but complete anyway.
