My "Brewers On Top" Collection

With all the group rips and awesome cello and rack collections I decided to start a new project. It will focus on cellos and racks from 1975 to 1983(and maybe later) with Brewers showing on the top. I found a seller on eBay who offered custom cardboard pads which work great. I then ordered 6 x 14 zip lock bags. I figured that was a great way to keep them secure.
If anyone wants to help please drop me a PM. Thanks to the board members who have already contributed. Here is what I have so far. I will update as I get more in. Thanks for looking.

Very nice collection. I notice there are an awful lot of Reds next to your Brewers. image

I will see if I have anything with Brewers on top.

I love that as well. Just funny to be excited about a Brewers Future Stars card when George Brett is sitting right next to it!
    Lol

Love it. Anything Brewers is great.

After those four National League games, Gorman Thomas was never the same, and neither were the Brewers, and come to think of it neither was I.

    Hey Steve,

Great job on the pickups. I love that you added some stars on top as well as your Brew crew.

No Gumby sightings yet though. Well not in a rack pack anyway and the team card doesn't count. image
"The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep."

"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans."

    Collecting:
Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.

Yeah no Gumby yet. Someone had a '79 rack up about a week ago with him on top but I passed on their price. I'm sure I will get one sooner or later. I mean I just got in an '82 cello with Ed Romero on top so anything is possible!

Boy how did I miss this thread? Nice racks!! Definitely a different approach on collecting, but very cool. Go Brewers!!!! Opening day in 2 weeks.

Thanks. I try to mix things up but keep it connected to my teams. I only wish Topps did racks and cellos for basketball in the mid to late 70's. I would have one killer Bucks collection that's for sure image
