Does it pain you to throw cards away?

I just can't do it. Doesn't matter if they are worthless or mangled, I just can't throw them away. I try to give them to kids when I can, it's just that hoarding mentality I guess!

I did it. It hurt a little for awhile, but the pain gets more bearable as time passes. Like everything else, time heals those wounds...

I can't do it either. I wonder if I need meds.
I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!
Don't waste your time and fees listing on ebay before getting in touch me by PM or at gregmo32@aol.com !
  • I have no problem getting rid of them. I actually put them behind my garage and my neighbors take them, they think it's great. it rids my garage of clutter

I give all my extra cards to my sister, who then sends them out to get TTM autos. All the ones in my photobucket are cards she has sent out and got signed....she has a ton more.

yes. lifting a 5000 count box of 1991 Fleer baseball towards a dumpster used to be like bonus bench pressing.

now, it just makes my back ache.

Its fun to throw away Yankee cards, but its more fun to burn them.
  • Just gave out 250k cards this morning...

Why throw them out when you can post them on craigslist and have someone who wants them for a grandchild or something there within an hour?

    So wasteful.

Since when did a Honey Badger ever give a $hit?
  • Definitely less than the pain of keeping them. If not, we wouldn't be tossing them

I can not bring myself to throw them away, so I send them to someone...usually Bob

This accomplishes 2 things. I do not have to throw them away....and it annoys Bob

If you guys would stop ripping packs, you wouldn't have this problem. Much easier to store unopened packs and boxes. image
