PSA 3 is VG these days. Did it used to be different?

Old Flip but the case looks cracked in a lot of places. Card looks fake and way to damaged for a 3 even under 1990 standards.

Holder looks like it's been compromised and the card has been switched with a lower grade card. Most likely a non-authentic lower grade card that is.

No such grade. The flip is fake, and I would run as fast as I could from this card, lest you spend your hard earned money on a $5 fake.
