Lowest feedback % seller ever?

1969 Super set
I bid on and got outbid on this set of 1969 Supers. Didn't even notice the sellers feedback rating until there was almost no time left in the auction, 0%. The only item he sold during the last year he got negged with the buyer saying he never received the item. Pretty happy someone outbid me at the end.

From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Seems odd.

<< <i>Could this be the case of a seller building up great feedback with all items under $100.00 and then (I know it was a couple of years) blasting out two items for $5,000.00+ and having no intention of delivering after payment? >>
Hopefully, this is one of the flags Paypal uses to hold peoples money for 21 days
<< <i>Less than 24 hours after the auction ended, the seller sent me a message saying the set is still available if I want it. Seems legit to me, he probably has two of them. >>
how come he didn't send me one?
