Are There any 1984 Donruss Grading Experts Here?

I'm planning to include some 1984 Donruss cards in my upcoming submission for the March special. Aside from a Mattingly RC, I haven't bothered grading these in the past. I'm shooting for PSA 10s. Besides the obvious of corners and centering, are there any common flaws on this issue that knocks an otherwise pristine looking card down to a 9? I recently bought a factory set and noticed the cards measure smaller than the cards that come from wax packs. Is this common? The set had the original cellophane seals intact.
