PSA Order overdue!?!

Is this normal PSA practice? This is my 47th business day on a 45 day order and my grades have not popped yet. My last 10 day order took 13 or 14 business day. Could somebody shine some light on this? Is there anybody at PSA that I could speak to regarding this?

Unfortunately, service times are "approximate," not guaranteed.

You can expect your orders to grade and ship within a few days or ship after the approximate cycle time. There doesn't seem to be any middle ground on this.

I usually dont get too concerned until 2 weeks after the "suggested" turnaround time.

To all the guys waiting the full "Estimated" time, can you tell me whether you are a Gold or Platinum member?

I don't think Gold or Platinum matters. I'm a Platinum member and I sent over 1000 cards to be graded last year. Still waited the full time for most orders, and I sent most using 45 business days.

A good thread to throw out a question, I have a bunch of stuff to send in this month.

I just sent a sub with the 10 day set registry special and I have 25 non sports cards and 35 baseball cards I was going to do on the 45 day deal. Should I send 60 cards as one sub or ship it as sub #1: 25 non sports and sub #2: 35 baseball, I'm wondering if that will improve the turnaround time significantly enough to off set the extra $20 shipping?

From what I hear and my past experience it's best not to mix sports to get the best turnaround times. Anyone have recent feedback on mixed versus non mixed subs?
