If there is one complaint I have about the PSA Set Registry... it's this. Master Set creations for rookies and/or 2nd & 3rd year players!
Once started, PSA won't go back years down the road and accurately, mass-update the composite (or at least they haven't to date that I'm aware of... the times I've request such I was shot down). Members have to one-at-a-time request additions for graded cards they actually possess that aren't part of the composite. Guys like these (well, maybe not Tebow) have many years and hundreds (if not thousands) of cards ahead of them... the composite for these sets will likely never be remotely close to an actual complete master set.
Please PSA, stop publishing Master Sets for active players (or at least active players not in their twilight years)!
