VCP Help on '01 Topps Auto Insert

I dont' use VCP, so I'm not sure if its only for graded or for raw as well.
Card in questions is a 2001 Topps BOBBY COX Game Used Base Autograph Auto. I think there are several auto subsets within '01 Topps, the stated odds on these are 1:1462. They are not serial #'d. I think these are pretty tough, but want to verify some prices paid before buying. Thanks!
