Pop Report question

Is there a way to get a Population Report, for a single player, across all brands and years ? Or even better,
be able to grab the Pop Report for say "all Topps" ?
For example, if I am want the Pop Report for Schmidt PSA 10's from 1973 - 1989, I would like a tabular listing
for just him.

I'm fairly computer application savvy and wrote my own little app to parse the pop reports on psacard.com,
but it takes a little time. If one does not exist, does anyone see value in this type of application ?
With a little bit of work, I would be able to supply information to whomever needs it.
