Why does PSA choose not to grade Tall Boy wax packs?

I don't get it. And is there any other company still in business who does grade them?
I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!

I guess they figure that there are not to many of those packs even out there and they may grade just a few 100 and not 1000s like the regular pack. So They probably have several hidden cost in creating a tamper proof case for something they may not grade many of. Just a theory.
Theres what 1964 hockey, 1965 FB, 1976 BK and probably a few odd balls? Oh and 1969-70 and 1970-71 BK.

same reason they don't grade rack packs I'd guess... no holder for them image

  • Companies that do not adapt to market changes are certain to perish.

Though this is not quite on that scale, but I would suggest that they should stay on top of this market in every conceivable way.

Even if they lose on a few issues, i.e. hidden cost, the benefit of being the market leader will pay dividends in other areas.

I wonder if they could use the current PSA Pack case and bubble it up to the part with the current lable and then turn the pack sidways an place the lable along one of the edges. Would look funny but would work I think.
