Marbles

I have been doing some remodeling in/around the house. I have come across a handful of marbles that seem handmade . Does anyone know anything about old handmade marbles or old marbles?
Thanks in advance
Dave

I'm pretty sure some of the turn of the century marbles are worth up to $75 each. I could be mistaken???

Not sure how to tell the age. Some pics would be cool.

Mike's bead "post" should never be referred to as a post, but rather as a thesis.
The best pitch to start a hitter off with is always strike one.

To this day, the funniest thread I have ever read on here. The best part about it was he was totally serious and trying to be helpful. Then Tommy's quip took it to a whole new level.

Was watching American Pickers one night and they seemed awfully excited about finding some old marbles. Can't remember what the offer was.
