I have a couple of jerseys from Ebbets. I ordered one, they took forever to deliver it, they screwed it up, took forever to fix the screwup, and eventually gave me a free jersey to apologize for the screw-ups. My friend who ordered the exact same jersey as me, but a month earlier, got his on the same day as me, also screwed up. They replaced it, screwed that up, and eventually mostly fixed it. He, too, got a free jersey - and a free hat.

And, interestingly enough, despite our having ordered the same jersey, they were made from two very obviously different materials.

In the end, the products we got were quality but it was a huge hassle and took forever.
