1980 Topps Football Cello Wrapper?

Hey, I bought a star on top cello on ebay. The cello wrapper looks fine, but its not tight as a brick like the late 70s topps cellos i'm used, nor is it as loose as the 84 and 86s I know are out there. Its somewhat in the middle, does anyone else have any 80 topps cellos that they know are good? How tight are they?
