    Mike,

If I remember correctly that means it did not meet the minimum grade.

  • Son of a crap ola, anyone else. I've never asked for a grade but once. The puzzling part is there is a cert number. Anyone else?

    Thanks,

Mike ... I also believe it means it did NOT make the grade.

Did not make minimum grade....or they can not make a decision in the holder that it is in. If you call them and they still have it there, and you are willing to roll the dice, you can authorize the opening of the holder it is in and have them grade it as a raw submission. The only question would be how sure you are and how lucky you could get. Good luck!

Making a grade is rare. NG is almost a given.
