How To Crack A BVG Holder?

Forgive me if this has been covered before (I could not find it in a search) but does any one have tips on cracking a BVG holder? I have a card I just picked up that I would like to submit to PSA. The holder is a thick monster and I have never cracked a BVG holder. I thought I would ask before I started banging on plastic. Thanks.

    I have a cable cutter I use, I know it's a little overkill, but I can snip the upper right corner just enough to get a thin flat head screwdriver in the opening and then start gently working the case open across the top and about a third or more down each side. By then the card and it's plastic sleeve should slide right out, with a little persuasion. I've found the BVG holders are easier to crack than some PSA holders. I know they look intimidating, but once you do one you'll be shocked at how easy they are.
