anyone have experience with Ebay seller tripleplayvintage?

I am going to buy a few raw cards from them ($20-35 range). The scans look decent. They sell a lot of raw cards and have alot of FB, but they do have some negs. Anyone have any experience buying raw cards from this seller ?
Collecting Clemente master (#6) and basic PSA registry sets, Hank Aaron master and basic sets, Mantle oddball issues, 1970's mega decade HOFs, 1967 Topps pin ups, and high grade Topps Clemente and Aaron. Numerous transactions with over 100 board members.

    Guy's name is Scott who owns them. I have bought a LOT from him with mixed results. He buys raw sets/lots and breaks them up. Out of lets say 100 cards, Ive had 5 or 6 that didnt make it through PSA to be graded. He did refund me after holding on to cards for over a year. He did it without question. I know many will say he sells trimmed/altered cards but IMHO, he does it unknowingly. Ive hit some real nice grades from him. He has always treated me right.
