NEWPS from the LV PCGS and Club show

Just returned from the 2 shows in Vegas and enjoyed them both. Was pretty quick at the PCGS show, just stopping by to chat with some dealers. Did get a chance to chat with Don, Ron and Phil at PCGS. Ron was way overdressed but we can forgive him. I picked up a few coins at the show, 1921 PCGS 64PL, 1887 PCGS 64PL with a real nice look, 1885 PCGS 63DMPL and 93-O in PCGS 30. At the club show I picked up a bother 1921 NGC 63PL ( I don't recall ever having the chance to buy 2 1921's in PL at one show before) and a couple toners, 1881-S in 64 and a 1885 in 64. I have not bought many toners as of late but these caught my eye and were priced pretty fair. The blue reverse was just different and the other had the colors I like.

This was my first PCGS show and while it has a different layout from a normal show the relaxed atmosphere gives the show a great feel. The club show was bigger than expected. Was happy to see some younger collectors with great coins that stopped by the table. I am talking 30 and under with significant collectors coins, most 1800's era.

nice coins- I like the 1887 and the last 1885 best. I think the 1893-o is right for the grade- the first 1885 is nice as a DMPL-

Bummed me out. Had an award for coaching here in SLC and had to abort the show at the last minute. Would have stopped by Blu62Vette . . Charmy (with a bottle of wine), and a few others. Pissed me off . . ..had planned on it for months, but had to stay here to get the coaching thingy . . . . . wanted to be there . . .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talked to your driving buddy and he mentioned your award, congrads!!! The only doily I saw was a shield nickel, double bid, no outer holder.

Phil- Good seeing you, why are you working on Sunday?

I really like the cameo on the 1887 Dimple and finding two PCGS 1921 PL's in 63 and 64 is pure luck.

If I could find a 21 in PL every show I would be real happy.
