Hmmmm. I'd be extremely cautious of these since there are no markings on the boxes that indicates contents AND literally anything could be in a sealed box shipped from the Fulfillment Center during that time period.

We won't even get into the possible milk spotting which may be on these if they actually are SAE Sets.

Here I am looking at my gold and silver 2006 boxes and you're right. They have the package ID, service level, seq#, wave#, PID#, shipment number, ship date. There is no way to find out from the box. Perhaps you can have the seller print off a page showing the ordre number, number of units and date shipped. This might possibly help you. Sorry, no easy fix. Good luck!
