Please Help me Identify this George Brett Card

I was curious what these George Brett card is. When I was kid in the early to mid 80's I used to TTM to all the major league teams. This is what the Royals sent me. I was hoping to find out the year and what kind of card it is. BTW the back of the card is blank

I'm not sure I would call it a 'card', it's more like a picture on card stock.

George Brett was a personal favorite, and I too, wrote him in the late 70s early 80s for an auto pic and was send something very similar, but mine was signed. I imagine lots of teams supplied their players with pictures (I know the Mets did), they could sign.

I know it's a team issue card, so I'm wondering what year it is and if PSA will grade these?

(now, I'm not saying yours is the '78 listed here, because mine looks different, but look around the pop report)
