Question about the PCGS Pop. reports.

Does PCGS include the Genuine holdered coins with details grades in the census now?

<< <i>I don't think they are since they are a general grade like VF not 20 or 25 or 30 or 35 and has no slot in the pop report. >>
Thus the reason for my question. I would have initially assumed that PCGS had added columns in the spread sheets for each level of details grade on Genuine coins, with the details grade column preceding the least numerical grade column for the level, i.e. - Genuine, VF details preceding the VF-20 column; Genuine, XF details preceding the XF-40 column.

even if they did (do) the numbers would be so far off from re-subs they would just about not serve any purpose
now if they would make a link to all the cert numbers from each population number, that may steer us in the right direction
and/or a separate database for gennies, still with access to all the cert numbers
some more ideas could land a more effective system for making the pop reports a little more accurate
.
Not only would they need a whole new pop report grid, people would be asking for a prices grid.
They would need a genuine grid with the details from PO to MS in columns, likewise with the pricing grid.
Once the info in the database is there, it's easy to make the database throw up the columns, but I'm thinking to display Gen-MS details alongside MS60-MS70 would make the tables too wide to be easily readable (a/k/a cluttered)
Who knows... wonder if they've tried it to see if it is cluttered/confusing or not.
