psa vouchers turnaround times are slow also

anyone having this problem too? usually they come within a week. im waiting from 1/30 and 2/22. i called psa and they said they running behind on these also. 3 problems are arising lately
1. log in times are slower
2. turnaround times are slower and going over
3. vouchers are slower

what is going on psa?

I still havent seen a voucher from a good sized sub on 12/13. The grades popped quick however.

I received 1 voucher yesterday and it was $4.75. Thought it would be for $5.50 since that's what I paid per card as part of the submission. Took two weeks to get that one.

Well what do you want, good specials or fast turnarounds? On a 45-day sub, if they get it back in four weeks, people say why wasn't it three weeks. If they get it back in three weeks, people say why wasn't it two weeks. Too much whining...

It's one thing to be anxious for poppage, but it's another thing to be pissed about it.
