Library of coins albums

I've been wanting to get a type album that holds all the different types and this is the most extensive, which is what I want. My question is this a safe way to store your coins? Are they PVC free and inert enough to be safe?

The albums are PVC free, but the paper may tone you coins.

The old blue Whitman bookshelf type albums are actually the most comprehensive, so much so that I was discouraged from using them for my own type set. There are three volumes if you include the book for gold, though that album is quite hard to find. The other two occasionally pop up on eBay in gently used condition. Like the LOC albums, the potential is there to tone your coins over the long term.
