It seems the grading companies are somewhat inconsistend on the use of the word "Replica" on the label. I've sent one of each of my fantasy over-struck coins to ANACS (at different times). All the "1964" and "1909" dollars said "replica" on the holders. But none of the "1933" nickels, "1964" Franklins, or "1970" & "1975" Ike Dollars said "Replica". Due to eBay's new replica/copy coin policy (ban), I think having "replica" on the holder is somewhat of a detriment.
I talked to ANACS and they will re-holder any of my over-struck coins with labels that have "Replica" removed, and in place of that, "Fantasy Over-Strike" or equivalent. Such coins can be sent under the normal re-holder terms.

Well done. These are clearly not replicas, since there is nothing they are replicating.
Over Struck Fantasy Coins is the proper designation, as that's exactly what they are.
