crossover grades at last: 1 up, 1 down, 1 DNC
Turned in 3 coins for Economy crossover at the FUN show in January. Finally called on Monday to see what the hangup was and the customer service person agreed they were taking too long. She said she'd try to expedite things... and out popped grades today:
1 1 24444461 133919 1888-O $1 Doubled Die Obv USA VF35
(Was an ANACS-40 that I bought knowing was VF35. Only paid VF35 money. But I didn't pay for the VAM-specific attribution PCGS gave me.)
2 1 24444462 9297 1893 50C Columbian USA DNC
(An NGC-63 with gorgeous rim color. Looks 64 to me.)
3 1 24444463 7238 1895-S $1 USA VG08
(Was an NGC-06 that I felt certain was VG08. Score one for me.)
1 1 24444461 133919 1888-O $1 Doubled Die Obv USA VF35

When in doubt, don't.

SeaEagleCoins: 11/14/54-4/5/12. Miss you Larry!
Yes, I specified a minimum of 63.
<< <i>Not bad Dennis - bummer about the Columbian half - but you got to add another 95-S to the corral! >>
There have been several coins added to the corral lately. The herd is now up to 51, not including one cull that I keep around for reasons that are not clear.
