GTG of this non PCGS Morgan with a lil color! Grade and slab revealed in first post!

As the title states, it isn't in a PCGS holder, so how do you grade it? Comments of how ugly it is are welcome

Edited to add: There is a scuff on the plastic in front of the ear that I couldn't remove, just a fyi!

I like it- I see it as a low 64 with the down side being a high end 63

tuff call even for the morgan grading impaired...i went 62 over 58

I think the reverse scratches will hold it back to PCGS 62, NGC 63/64.

I edited when I first posted the picture that there was a scuff on the plastic I couldn't buff out in front of the ear

Torn between 58 and 63, but ended up choosing 63. My gut says the pictures/toning is over-emphasizing the possible rub on the cheek/eyebrow.
