2002 to 2005 Topps Heritage Exclusives and/or Promos Question

I was wondering what Exclusives/Promo's are available for the following years of Topps Heritage:

2002
2003
2004
2005

Not talking about box topers, panels or the like. More meaning National Exclusive Promos, WalMart/Target Exclusives, or pre-production promos

I believe the National promo packs started in 2005. 05 Heritage was modeled after 1956 but the National promos looked like 1955. They started as cards that never were and were supposed to be place fillers for the missing numbers in the 1955 set. They are oversized like the original 1955 cards. Here are the 2005 promos:

175 Stan Musial
186 Whitey Ford
203 Bob Feller
209 Herb Score
NAT1 Luis Aparicio

Also in 2005 there were Hawaii trade show conference Topps Heritage promos given out. These were numbered to 100 and are fairly tough to find. There were 2 different Bonds cards and 4 different A Rods.

I may be wrong but I don't know of any promos between 02-04. I have the 05 National set and 4 of the 6 Hawaii trade show cards so I can definately confirm thier existence. I hope this helps.

I also am unaware of any promo's prior to 2005, but of course i think you probably know about the 3 card promo set for the 2001 set (clemens in a different pose, kevin brown, and andres galarraga).
