Pretty good price for the front cover of the book. What did you have to pay for the interior pages, binding, and back cover?

A really informative primer on the barber series but needs to be updated, maybe? Expanded upon maybe?

I think you got a good deal on it. There are people unable to find that book that pay decent money for it. Is it signed by the author? My understanding is that a lot of the hard-cover editions were signed by Dave. Mine is.
