Another Ebay buyer to block

Takes 2-3 weeks to pay on average. BS story to all sellers goes out after a week and a bit, he's pulling something here. Also, he does pay for items in the order he wants to receive them (pays for auctions that end weeks after ones he hasn't paid for yet). Block 'em... he's probably a member here but whatever, lol

He's abusing the system because he knows as a buyer he cannot be neg'd. As a seller you don't have much choice other than hope you get paid when he wants to pay you.

...and I think we need an official Ebay forum.
