WANTED: Raw Proof Wheat Cent, and a pre-1965 proof set in holder

Hi,
I'm looking for a proof wheat cent. There are two things I am particular about. One, it has to be raw. And two, it must be in fully red with no large distracting marks, spots, or toning. Any date is fine.
I'm also looking for a pre-1964 proof set that's in a hard plastic holder. I'd prefer untoned coins without spots or marks.
