I was thinking 58, but the more I looked at it, the more I was thinking that the center of the coat of arms was just weakly struck. Not worn, just that it never existed in its full glory

I cheated by scrolling down before I made my guess though

The colour is quite nice, most medals when they've been even lightly circulated turn a fairly dark brown.
