If you had older French silver coins to send for tpg, who would choose and why?

I have some very interesting 5 franc issues to slab, where should I send them for the best results and value? Your thoughts?

Best results (not necessarily the most accurate results) - NGC. Best value - PCGS.

In your situation, older French silver covers centuries and it really depends on dates and what they really look like- are these MS or mid range circs?

I thought PCGS required Secure Plus (more expensive) for all world coins that weren't modern.

They are mint state, many of them album toned on one side. They reverses are mirror proof like on some, was considering if I should send them to ncs first or let ngc recommend that for me first. Or just leave them alone.

Does ngc even recommend conservation anymore on their submissions? They used to.

Sometimes NGC will recommend conservation, but they slab them anyway. If it's just toning I don't think NCS would need to do anything to them so I would jsut send direct for grading.
