I'm confused. Why does he have 100% POSITIVE Feedback?

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Now this ebay buyer may not be an idiot. He may be on to something. Any card you would like to have set a snipe so high you can't lose. If you are happy with the winning amount simply pay and get your card. If someone else wanted it and the final price is a bit high, simply don't pay.

I recently had a buyer who bought something and did not pay. 9 other people left feedback in the past month that was positive but stated that he did not pay.
After I closed my case against him and won (giving him a strike), I called eBay to ask why the hell he is still allowed to buy stuff. I was told that he needs 3 strikes in order to be kicked off, and since the other sellers did not open cases, he didn't have enough strikes. In other words, the sellers who left negative positives never opened cases (that is why they could still leave feedback), and unless cases are open, eBay does not care.

An asset to ebay.
