PSA set registry question

I recently tried to add about a dozen new pickups to my registry. 3 of the cards got kicked back saying that they were already part of someone else's set. 1 of the cards was bought from someone who could be a collector, but the other 2 I bought from 4 sharp corners. They don't seem like the type of dealer to buy and then sell cards that are already slabbed. Any of you Vets out there know why this could be?

    4sc could buy cards already graded, you need to email Cosetta and she will delete them from
    those sets for you, you can also email the people you bought from as well.

    People add the cert. number to there registry all the time even if they don't own it. They do it to upgrade there make believe set just to get higher in the ranks. Chances are you are going to have to take scans of the cards to send to PSA to prove that you own them. Most people i find ignore the e-mail request to remove the card from there set even when they did not own the card at all.

    Using others certs is no longer an issue, PSA has a program in place where you can now do that
    where it does not affect the others. Not sure how it works, because I don't care what my average
    would be.

    In my Hall of Fame set , of which I'm ranked 12th , I've added at least 6 cards over the last year or two that one of the sets above had in their set , until some did a cert removal request . In his set , he has lots of pictures of his cards , which is really nice to see , and its always been a card with out a picture , that was removed . I don't think he knows any better . To him it must be a-ok to grab the certs until further notice . --- Sonny
