How to authenticate vending boxes?

I just found quite a few 82 fleer vending boxes, they aren't sealed though. How can I check and make sure they are authentic and unsearched?

    Fleer boxes aren't random. They are numbered 1-4. You need 1 each of all 4 different boxes to make 3 sets. I guess you could breeze through them to find 3 of each "hit" card. Other than that they may-may not have been searched.

    I have 1,2,2,3,3,4,4, missing one 4 box run dang.

    You'll get 3 sets out of the run of 4, maybe 2 sets out of the other run, depending on how they are collated. I never broke any to make sets, but I know that's how they're packed. Maybe see if you can find a #1 box somewhere, BBCX? Dumb luck on ebay?
