Are these variations of the same year or did PSA screw up?

I am hoping one of these is from 1969 and the other from 1970.

    Looks like that psa 5 might be a 1970 Perforated.

    Thanks for the info! This kind of pi$$es me off at PSA (again). I sent the one on the right in labeled as a 1970. To top it off it looks a lot better than a 5.

    Another one to send in to be corrected.
