There's just something about this PSA 9 1959 #317 NL Hitting Kings

This card has been on eBay for quite awhile.....eBay #170779964117. It is a 1959 Topps #317 with Mays and Ashburn. It appears nicely centered with good color and at a reasonable price compared to most BINs for the same card. However, there appears to be some kind of mark in the picture between the shoulders of the NL Hitting Kings. I sent a question about the mark to the seller a couple months ago and I believe the response was that it was some kind of ink/printing blemish original to the card. Now that many eBay auctions have the zoom maginfier that enables you to get a really good magnified view of the card (as does this auction), it appears to me to be almost like the letter "A" written on the card in ink. Looking for other opinions. Thanks.

Just like others cards, some have a "mark" some don't.

What's with the sun light on Ashburns face? Topps couldn't touch that up?
