2012 Topps Errors(?)

Does anyone have any more info on some of the 2012 errors(?)
I have seen posts on other sites but no real info on what the issue is/was and will they be corrected

I am talking about the 3B / 3B error for hitters and W / W for pitchers

Here is some examples -- note the Roberts card with Triples twice -- this issue is on a bunch of cards that we have

and note the Greinke card with Wins twice (I got a feeling that someone placed the 2nd W as walks instead of Base on Balls)

They're all like that - doubt they get corrected
