Premium for + and/or sticker in proof Seated halves?

I am looking for a Seated half pr 64 cameo with toned fields and white or less toned devices for that strong in hand cameo look. Looking at Heritage archives these coins usually sell around 2K,going to a 65 at least doubles the cost. How much of a premium would you pay for the PCGS plus grade or a CAC sticker? This coin will likely be a long term hold but also don't want to get creamed if I find an upgrade and need to sell the coin in the short term. If anyone runs across a nice example please PM me with info. Any dealers you would reccomend I check regularly? Thanks for your help and opinions
