I have had this for so many years I forgot I had it,
I will assume that this is either cast or in other words a fake.
Does it have any value?
Does anyone know if these were were made in vast quantities or is this just a poor cast copy?

I saw that one, but I think mine is either a cast or gold plated and that one might be real?

<< <i>A lot of these California tokens were made as novelties back in the 1960's and have minimal value these days. Most were brass and a few were also lightly gold plated. >>
Thanks for the info

Yours is one of the modern (could be anywhere from 1960 or so and up), plated junk ones though.....
