1967 Topps pin-ups question

I have recently unearthed about 40 of these in my grandparent's attic, a handful of these that are very very pristine, I want to grade them but I am not sure how to approach this. So I have 2 questions - if anyone could be so kind to help, what can I submit these in? I found some toploaders on eBay
Would these do?
Secondly
What am I looking at in terms of service level? Would these be regular at 15 each?

Depending on how many you have to submit, you might want to wait for a special that includes "supersized" cards - theoretically you could eventually submit through a $5 or $8 special. Note that the current (lower-cost) specials exclude supersized cards.
Good luck and welcome to the boards

I was transferring some into 6x9 top loaders today and even that was tough -- I expect working them into a 5x7 will be even more difficult.
The paper stock is just too thin & flimsy.
