Newps... Seated Proof 25C, and Pattern

Had a wonderful time at a local show, and picked up some new additions to my collection. Stepped outside my comfort zone, and picked up 2 Seated 25C Proofs. The Pictures don't due the colors on the coins justice... Also picked up an interesting Pattern, a 1853 cent (J-149 or J-151). An estimated population of 17 coins exist. Also a cool Mismatched Serial Number on a $1 FRN 1969 F 68/67
1865 Seated PR63

1871 Seated PR63 (the darker tone on the reverse outer ring is, a wonderful blue patina)

1853 J-149 or J-151 (depending on metal composition)

Mismatched Serial Number (writing is on the holder, not the note)

I wonder how or for how long that pattern cent circulated? Or is that from improper storage? Most of the patterns I've seen are fairly pristine, discounting controversial patterns like the 1856 flying eagle cent.
