PR65CAM. Deep mirrors, nicely frosted devices. Just a few scattered marks on the face (ouch!), neck, and reverse fields. One of approximately a scant 960 proofs produced.

You shouldn't have to degrade yourself to have such a coin in your collection. Tell you what I'll do for you. Why don't you just send that horrid specimen to my house and I will properly dispose of it for you. image

Devices so sharp you could cut the cheese just looking at them, but you wouldn't. You're too busy picking your jaw up off the floor.

  • Nice and shiny, except for the parts that are raised up from the shiny parts, but you may be able to shine those up too with a little elbow grease.

Some sort of Grecian pillars design on the back. No mention of denomination anywhere, so I'm not sure if it's a real coin or not.

Not as large as it looks in the photo, in fact it's very small. Might make a good pendant, though.

My rich uncle left it for me.
  • Yeah, it's terrible.... OK, OK, if you stop twisting my arm I'll buy it from you... OK, OK, OK, I'll give you what you want for it.... Uh, Oh, I'm losing my proffessional aire... I, I, I want that coin!!!! I have never seen a 3cn with that much contrast! And an early date to boot! I'd be all over my thesaurus looking for new adjectives, if only I could spell.

Seriously that is the kind of coin you don't write about, you bring it around and talk about it. Nice! I am so glad you learned how to post scans! Thanks.
  • A beautiful frosted coin! This coin has just a few dettering marks on the face but all around is a beautiful specimen and one worth adding to anyones collection.
