Suspicious ebay auction alert-possible hijacked account-stolen photo-1880 $5 gold

Hello, I thought this looked too good to be true and had some suspicions and actually emailed another forum member for advice. He said it looked like a proof- 1880 $5 gold auction So I searched the heritage archives and found This !
This is either a hi-jacked account or the seller is up to no good.

Obvious proof coin described as "Uncirculated", apparently hijacked photos, 97.4% feedback rating, seller sprinkles coins in with Transformer toys in past auctions ... it all looks stinky. Can't believe there are as many bids as there are.
Reported.

this pic of the coin IS NOT MY COIN i cant seam to get a pic of mine with out a glare it looks really nice and does have a more shiny look to selling it for the gold value but would make a nice addition to your collection
