A couple Morgan purchases....

Just got back from a week in Hong Kong playing with coins over there. Got home and had a couple coins waiting for me. The 1884 has a some nice color for a PL toner. Probably a little dark for some. The 1880-S seems close to a DMPL but some haze probably holds it back from getting it. Welcome any thoughts on these addition to the growing DMPL/PL stash.

<< <i>I like the 84-O. Is the 84-P really PL? The photos don't look like it. Maybe you're just trying to catch the color? >>
I thought the 2nd images show the PL a little more soI included them. It is PL for sure and I was more interested in getting the color than the PL.

<< <i>The photos are excellent - you have a knack for bringing out all the detail on a coin! >>
Yea the good and bad, like the area by the chin on the 84-O.
5$ bills are WOW with the numbers - wanted:
02121809

The 84O is nice n frosty but a 2. Appears to be a lock for at least a 3.
<< <i>The rainbow color on the 84 PL is sweet. I also like the die polishing on the reverse of the 80-S DMPL >>
