New 20th Century Type Set...HELP

Is anyone else having trouble coming up with PCGS's Set Rating for their sets? I have calculated my 3 or 4 times and keep coming up 2 point short (5514/116=47.53), they say 47.55. I even made an excel spread sheet with calculations and still come up short.
Questions:
1) I have a 1964 Kennedy PR69CAM in the Silver Kennedy slot
(weight 1with no bonus for CAM or DCAM. What should I get for this coin (68,69 or 70)? I gave 69.
2) Is the one point bonus for a RD Proof Lincoln in effect yet?
Thanks,
Larry

Since you have a spreadsheet of your set with the calculations, you can try sending it to BJ to have her verify as to whether the calculations are correct or not.

Gayle did say there may be some coins that are not scoring right and to let her know if you find one.

I don't see how it could be a rounding problem unless PCGS is using a different set of calculations than I am.
Mine:
1) "Total Coin Points" = "Grade" plus/minus "deduction or bonus" times weight (all whole numbers no rounding).
2) "Set Rating = Sum of all "Total Coin Points" divided by "Total possible Weights (116). This could be a possible .01 rounding problem.
I have removed my 1964 PR69CAM Kennedy because I feel this is the most likely candidate for the error. I will wait until the next update to see if this solves the problem (since it does not show the newly calculated set rating. If not will continue to remove possible problem coins until I find the right one.
IF PCGS WOULD JUST LET US KNOW EXACTLY HOW THEY CALCULATE THE SET RATINGs AND EACH COINS CALCULATED POINTS IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER.
