ATB album question

I am putting together a Dansco album for this series. Besides the usual "D" and "P" mint marks, the album also has places for 2 "S" coins - proof and silver proof. The question that I have is probably quite basic but for me it goes to the heart of possible resale at some future point in time. Since I am and will be filling these albums with proof and uncirculated coins is these some sort of proof that I need to keep that would verify the the "D" and "P" coins are uncirculated and not circulated.

Once these 2 albums are filled will the fact that they are uncirculated be any more valuable than if they are all circulated coins? Can a set like what I'm putting together be considered for registry status?

I do like looking at the reverse of these coins as they are quite striking. I wish that I had done something like this for the statehood quarters.
