EBAY ratings changes...

I just went to leave feedback for an item and I see there are no longer stars to hit but instead questions about the satisfaction level ranging from very inaccurate to very accurate.

Does anyone know if there have been changes made to the feedback situation?

I am not a big seller and don't really care but many on here do.

I just went to leave feedback and mine came up star system as usual.

So weird the next item I just left feedback on had the normal system.

Maybe they're beta testing a new system since many sellers seem to be getting downgraded because people don't know how to give rankings.

They do this for sellers every once in a while... typically stemming a rash of incidents.

Yeah... I just recently got smacked on shipping... PO took 14 days (first class), and they dinged my stars... First person ever

Where you leaving feedback as a seller? If so, there are no stars.

If you were leaving it as a buyer, several of the star choices are null when certain shipping parameters are provided by the seller.

I believe it is eBay stores who are the proverbial hamster in this experiment.

I'm telling you guys it's when they want to collect more buyer feedback on certain sellers. I've had to do it three times, once for a crappy auto parts place from China, once for Burge, and once for Wolverine24.

I was leaving feedback as a buyer. When I leave feedback as a seller you obviously have no choice on the quality of the transaction and leave no stars.

This was a buying transaction with drop down boxes for each of the items and not the general 1-5 star feedback. It had choices for the 1-5 with no numerical choices but instead words to describe the satisfaction.

I just left feedback for a item I bought from a "store owner" I got the stars.
