i never sent cards in to be graded by psa before and i have some that should grade very well but i need your help on a few cards,my questions are;

what grade will u be looking at if the card has a small nick outta top side?

and one card has minor glue on back

should i send these into be graded or leave be.......cards mentioned are clay bancroft and pele heinerle

    Glue should make the card a 2 at best.... I'd say in general those cards with those flaws do not have to be sent in for grading but those are rare and legit and no matter what the grade they can have value in a slab. Good luck on what you decide.

    Getting a card "slabbed" is never a bad idea. The only cards I have that are not slabbed are low value cards. Some people don't like the idea of never being able to touch their cards and to them I say "good for you".

    If you ever want to sell these cards, having them graded virtually eliminates any argument regarding authenticity and grade............................well, authenticity anyway.

  • if your just gonna get it slabbed send it to bvg then

  • << <i>if your just gonna get it slabbed send it to bvg then >>

    why?

    that makes no sense....I run away fast from a BVG pre war card...there is a reason the card is not in a PSA or SGC flip...
  • ive always dealed with bgs for my cards but ever since i stumbled upon this site and reading all your good posts i have switched my intentions to pre war cards, i used to love buying the "it" rookie of the week in the short term was good but long term not so much, so thanks all for your help. i think i will get them in an psa auth slab,others i will grade
